Aim of the program: This workshop is intended to develop and to ensure a sense of competence and experience of employees leadership and team competences in the magical, enchanting, engaging, inspiring, natural environment of the leaders of the organization.

Journey Route :

1 day : Flight to the Cappadocia (costs belong to organizations)

Transfer to hotel and photo-rally with 4*4 jeep in the wonderfull area

10.00 -12.30:  Authentic breakfast  and PHOTO-RALLY and PHOTO CONTEST

Taking a photo in Göreme and visiting the open air museum of the artist ANDREW ROGERS named TİME and SPACE 

12.30 13.30 :   Authentic lunch

14.00-17.00   WORKSHOP IN THE HISTORICAL CHIRCH    Do you know me? and Design Thinking

17.30-18.00   Watching the sunset and return to hotel

19.00- 20.30  Dinner 

20.30- 22.00 Photo selection and delivery to the jury

2.gün : Watching the sunrise with hot-air ballon on the cappodocia

Transfer from hotel to area and small breakfast and 1 hr journay with hot-air ballon

9.30 -11.30     LETS COOKING

Meals cooking with rural women leadership

11.30-12.30 Selection of photographs in the village cafe

12.30-13.30 Lunch of own prepared and cooked food

14.00-16.00  SOCAIL RESPONSIBILITY PROJECT : Giving small gifts to children in the school and donations to schools

17.0- 18.00 Return to the hotel

19.00-20.30 Dinner

20.30-22.30 Photo selection and delivery to the jury
